Inspired Life

This week, Betty Predmore tells the story of how she reacted in a pivotal moment when she could either blow up or find the humor in it.

 Flexing with Interrupted Plans

When a camping trip turned into a seek and find effort to recover their luggage along the highway, Betty turned the experience into life lessons. When things don’t go your way, what triggers you? Life doesn’t always go the way we plan!

As Betty started a meltdown in the midst of an immensely frustrating situation, she sensed God’s voice, as if he were on her shoulder speaking to her. She heard, “The way you react in this moment is going to make or break your vacation. Choose your response wisely.”

They had a laughter-filled trip and wonderful memories. But it all hinged on that moment.

Betty Predmore is an author, speaker and ministry leader who enjoys connecting with and loving on women through the love of Jesus and the beautiful word of God. She is a wife and a mother of 7 darlings, including biological and adopted children. Her ministry, Mom-Sense, Inc. reaches women across the country with a motto of Mentorship, Connection & Service.

Life, Repurposed

“We don’t need to keep going back to our baggage.” —Betty Predmore

Choosing Not to Be Angry

Betty says if you have a heart’s desire to change, you can overcome inappropriate responses. Yes, we still mess up sometimes, but we keep responding better and practicing. She has learned how to set aside anger, and God has taught her that she is able to and worthy of making a change to respond differently.

You aren’t the only angry person on the planet! Both Betty and I want you to know we are all works in progress. Betty is so transparent about her story and she’s real about her struggle. She encourages us to celebrate when we do respond well, and become our own cheerleaders!
